OUR PROCESS

From the first time you walk into a Lipka Home—to the time we hand you the keys to your very own custom home—we are your partner every step of the way.

Brian S.

"We met with Tim and walked a house that Lipka Homes had just finished. The fit, finish, and craftmanship was top notch compared to our last two tract homes. You could tell this was a home built with knowledge and pride."

Before
Construction

  1. Call us to discuss the details of your situation.

  2. Secure a lot (if you haven't already). We can recommend a realtor to help you find the perfect location.

  3. Choose a home plan that meets your needs. You may also choose to work with an architect to design your new home.

  4. Secure financing & obtain a pre-qualification letter. You may wish to contact one of Lipka's preferred lenders to assist you with your mortgage needs.

  5. Sign the paperwork. Your Sales Counselor will prepare a purchase agreement that contains all the details regarding your new home. You're ready to begin construction!

During
Construction

  1. Choose your finishes. This is one of the most enjoyable steps. Select the options, colors, and details that will turn your new house into your dream home. A professional will help you every step of the way.

  2. Meet your Project Superintendent. This is the person who will oversee the building of your home. He will be your contact throughout the process regarding the specifics of your construction.

  3. Conduct independent inspections. We have inspections completed throughout the process to ensure every stage of construction meets or exceeds code requirements.

  1. Meet your Superintendent on-site to ensure the home is ready for closing.

  2. Receive confirmation of closing date & location from Closing Department.

  3. Enjoy a Home Demonstration Tour just prior to closing to learn all the features of your new home.

  4. Close on your new home.

  5. Move-in and begin making memories.
